User menu#
The user menu is the dropdown that opens when you click your avatar (the colored circle with your initial) at the far top-right of every page.
Entries#
The menu has four entries. A thin horizontal divider sits between Add-ons and Logout to set Logout apart as the destructive action.
| Entry | What it does |
|---|---|
| Give feedback | Opens a feedback form so you can send improvement requests, bug reports, or general comments to the i-doit up team. |
| Settings | Navigates to /settings/. The Settings page shows the same sidebar covered by the Profile, User management, Tenants, CMDB Configuration, and other admin pages. |
| Add-ons | Lists every add-on available to the tenant and lets you toggle, configure, or trial them, see Add-ons. |
| Logout | Ends the current session immediately. |
Tips#
- The menu closes when you click outside the panel or press Escape.
- The avatar's letter is the first letter of your first name (or username). The color is generated from your account and is stable across sessions.
Related entry points#
- The avatar is the only place the Logout action lives, there is no separate sign-out button elsewhere.
- The Settings entry is the most common navigation destination from this menu; the path is identical to typing
/settings/in the URL bar.
