Subscription, billing, and upgrade#

The Subscription page is the entry point for managing your i-doit up plan and the billing details that go with it.

It lives under Settings ▸ Administration ▸ Subscription in the Settings sidebar, or directly via the purple Upgrade button at the top of every page.

Sections#

The page groups three concerns: the active plan, the billing address, and add-on access.

Plan#

Shows the current tier (for example Free, Standard, Plus) and the limits associated with it, number of objects, users, tenants, and any feature gates. A Change plan action moves you to a higher or lower tier; a confirmation dialog explains the price difference and the next billing date before the change takes effect.

Billing#

The Billing card surfaces:

  • the payment method on file (credit card, SEPA mandate, invoice, depending on the region);
  • the billing address used on every invoice;
  • the invoice history with a download link per invoice.

Editing billing details opens a side panel; saving updates the next invoice automatically.

Add-ons#

Each available add-on is listed with its activation state (Active, Trial active until …, Available with upgrade). Buttons offer Activate, Free Trial, or Upgrade depending on the add-on's licensing status.

The same list is also reachable directly from the user menu, see Add-ons.

When the page is gated#

Your role decides whether you can change anything on this page. Read access is broad; making purchases, changing plan, or editing the billing address requires the Manage Subscription right under Administration: see Rights and permissions.

The Upgrade button#

The Upgrade button in the top bar always points here, even for users without write rights. For users without rights it shows the plan and the upgrade options as a read-only call-to-action; for billing administrators it doubles as the shortcut to the management form.
